Nextcloud (a fork of ownCloud) started out as a file sync app but has since branched out to other enterprise use cases via apps, ex.: mail and Video- & audio-conferencing

- For file syncing as of 2017-05
- ownCloud is better for teams.
- WikiSuite via Syncthing offers p2p sync
- The WikiSuite roadmap is to build team features around Syncthing (in ClearOS and/or Tiki) to be a credible team file sharing alternative to ownCloud. Please see: Syncthing in WikiSuite
- Nextcloud offers a lot of features but it doesn't have the feature scope of WikiSuite.
