Review User Tracker

I applied the profile, and it worked well. I cleaned out a few things we don't need, and now needs adjusting for our use case.

Reviewed, and changed email from text field to user preference (+ adjusted a few setting site-wide to allow this change and other usability issues for admins)
Shall we enable comments for tracker items here in wikisuite.org too?
Should I close this item myself, or leave it in "pending" (or open) for you to review?
